Obviously, with the holidays and being short staffed due to illness, you have to give grace. The staff personnel who checked me in was kind in the midst of not feeling so great herself and filling in from another location. My appt was for 1:35, but it was close to 2:10 before I was called back - so I am not sure about the “10 minute” slogan on the website.
