The bathroom in the waiting area was filthy. The front desk lady was awesome! The nurse was very nice!! The doctor was in a hurry and just tacky. While looking into londons ears, eyes, throat she REPEATEDLY stated “oh my god that breath”… “did you brush your teeth”… “whew your breath is terrible”….. London is an EIGHT YEAR OLD little girl. How do you think that made her feel???!!!! She was sick! Yea she brushed her teeth! And used mouth wash! Tacky at the least.

There was no soap in the bathroom. Even after I told the receptionist, nothing was done about it. The receptionist talks so low you can’t hear her. I have had two bad experiences here. The nurses don’t wear gloves. I had to get a drug test for a job a while ago and the nurse wore no gloves while handling urine. My daughter had an infected finger and they tried to tell me it was a wart.

Our experience with Cynthia Rushing has been anything but desirable. The past few times we have visited, she has spent less than 2 minutes in the room & that was only to tell us our tests are negative so we should be fine, but clearly we are sick or we would not be there. Left with zero medicines or any suggestions as to what we could try. I WILL NOT BE BACK TO SEE HER, EVER AGAIN.

I went in for a scratchy throat and excruciating pain in my ear. They wanted to test me for flu and covid which I denied. The nurse came in and checked my throat and ears and said I was swollen and I have had drainage. She then says okay i’ll call in some medicines. It was almost as they didn’t want to give me a shot so I asked if i could and she said “a shot won’t help this since we are out of rocephin” so i asked if i could do a steroid shot for the redness and swelling in my throat and ear and she said well if that’s what... read more
