The sign up for an installment loan was a breeze with prompt courteous service. However I was assured all paperwork would be in my email...it never arrived. Then my first payment was taken out of my bank account 9 days before my payday leaving me overdrawn by almost $200! This will probably be the last time that I will use them. Addendum: they called and admitted the error. Hollow apologies and all of the solutions would put me further in debt and lengthen the time of my loan.
