Dr. Fatimah Waseem, DDS, DMD listened to my concerns and made me feel comfortable with her professionalism and knowledge. She explained my treatment options very thoroughly and thoughtfully.She was honest as my situation is not the best. I felt very confident with her. She made sure that I would leave there with exactly what I needed. That was greatly appreciated. Crystal was excellent as well. Very calming with her approach and professional.
One of the best dental experiences I have had in my entire life. The whole aspen dental team in Lewisville made me felt like they actually cared about getting my oral care on point and on track and we're worried about my health just as much as I was. And the support they provided and offered was above and beyond what most places I have ever been to have done. Thank you so much for that.
Dr. Waseem was always kind, knowledgeable about my procedure, and willing to spend time with me. She made sure I understood what was happening or what was going to happen next. I was asked many times, if I was uncomfortable or was anything causing any pain. She made the entire process very easy for me.
