Myself and my boyfriends Aunt booked a 2 bedroom cabin and when we showed up they told us it wasn't available for us because it had catastrophic damage that they found that morning after the last people left. Nice RV park. Would have given them 5 stars but they close their pool amenities too early and the gate which is supposed to have hours clearly posted only says it closes at "dusk." Given I was in for a night and had been driving all day, I was really looking forward to soaking in the hot tub before it was dark. Imagine my surprise when I walked to the pool and came across a man and woman running what looked like a military operation to close it down and cut bait asap. Brady and Ellin, After 14 months of living there at the park, what a time! Thank you both for such a wonderful time. It definitely felt like home! One of my favorite things was the Saturday breakfasts and everything that the event center hosts with all the different activities. Friendsgiving, paint and sip for Valentine's Day, football games on the big screen...definitely never a shortage of things to do. I will miss the family I have come to know and love there. We stayed in a cottage while visiting our son and his family who are staying in a camper while working in the area. Our grandchildren enjoy the park and riding their bike around. There is an 7 1/2 mph speed limit, so you can walk and let the children ride their bike without people speeding through the campgrounds. Our cottage and the property are very nice and clean. Wonderful campground! We only stayed overnight but it was great! Pull thru, full hookup site was very long and level. Amenities worked well and WiFi was very good. Office was clean and staff was friendly and helpful! Easy on and off 95. Would recommend!
