At first, the management/billing team did not pull through regarding scheduling and returning messages in a timely manner. I was frustrated and asked to speak to Dr. Patel directly ASAP. Dr. Patel did call me right away on a Saturday to discuss the situation. Moving forward, everything was smooth. The nurses I saw daily were incredibly kind and available for my many questions. In general, this process requires extra time/patience due to insurance and scheduling needs and may not be hand-holding

I had 6 transfers done. All were failures. On the last transfer on 12/30/2024, they updated protocol and finally were able to transfer 2 eggs. If I had the option to change clinics, I honestly would have loved to. Unfortunately, this was the only fertility clinic that my insurance covered. During my retrieval process, I had to take a lot of VERY expensive medications. I wish I could give this clinic 0 stars. If you're looking for an IVF clinic that makes you feel more stressed and hopeless than when you first started, this is the place for you. Their motto should be: "We’re not happy unless you’re not." From the start, they were completely unprofessional and disorganized. They lost my records from my previous clinic and never bothered to inform me, forcing me to follow up after not hearing back from them for over a month. My recent experience with Dr. Patel's office staff has been nothing short of frustrating. My wife underwent an MRI, and we were told that Dr. Patel would personally call to discuss the results and go over findings. Unfortunately, this process has been marred by disorganization and a significant lack of communication.
