If I could give zero stars, I would. Where do I begin? I had my first visit and paid $170 only to be told that I needed to repeat all of my tests (that I know i didn't need). She wanted my husband to do a semen analysis and when I asked if we could skip that due to him not being comfortable, she told me "not in my clinic, if you want to come here". I absolutely love this clinic and all the staff! I always got answers when I needed them, and they are very understanding. Thanks to them I am now pregnant. Even when our transfers would fail Dr. Dorsett had other ways to making it work. Forever grateful for them and all their help !
This clinic is definitely a great place to come for fertility help! We were seeing a local Doctor in Odessa and had no luck or progress. Meeting the staff and Dr.Dorsett is a blessing! They are very helpful and encouraging throughout the whole fertility process. We have had several friends refer us to this clinic and will forever be thankful! Without this clinic we wouldn’t be expecting our baby boy in 3 weeks!! We are so blessed. 🥰 Thank you so much!
Dr. Dorsett’s team really helped me during one of the hardest times in my life. We miscarried late last year and now we are almost through the first trimester with our rainbow baby! Everyone on the office always made us feel so comforted and reassured everytime we spoke to them and had an appointment. Do not over look these one stars. Its the same thing over and over and my experience is the same. The phone goes to dallas and they may transfer you to the lubbock clinic or you leave a voicemail and they never get to you. The portal messages go unanswered. It took 3 weeks to get an answer of on a unbearable medicine side effect. Every appointment you get a different nurse practitioner who doesnt look at your charts and pretends to be the doctor.
