Because I’ve had the opportunity to visit multiple campuses within FST, I do feel like my bias comes from my previous experience. The experience with the Lubbock office started off really rocky in regard to communication and my overall expectation for staff interaction. In the end, we had a successful cycle and that’s what mattered the most!
