I truly love the Rockwall location, and it’s because of the amazing team there. Halie at the front desk is incredibly kind and welcoming. She always remembers my name and greets me with such warmth — it makes such a difference during a difficult time. Medical assistant Alondra is so sweet and caring, and Nurse Practitioner Ambre is absolutely wonderful. They always ask how I’m feeling, which means so much when you’re going through IVF. This has been the most amazing experience I’ve ever experienced in my entire life. Since day one I have had continue support, motivation and positivity from everyone at fertility specialist of Texas. My wonderful coordinator Vicki has been my amazing, every step she has explained everything to me and answered any question I had. My husband and I had a WONDERFUL experience at the Rockwall location. We are now expecting our first little baby after struggling with infertility for 4 years. Couldn’t be more greatful for the entire team!! Great people!!
