Positives: The doctors and nurses at the Rockwall and Dallas locations are patient, pleasant and helpful. The facilities are clean, organized and welcoming. Negatives: The institution seems much more concerned with payment than customer service. When it comes to an outstanding bill, they waste no time in calling about an outstanding bill and reminding you of payments due via call, text and the patient portal. Dr. Skora and his whole team provided me excellent quality care. I had been trying to conceive for the past 12 months, and after joining the clinic for just one month, I was able to get pregnant spontaneously following a HSG screening. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone wishing to conceive as they provide adequate support and guidance to make it happen. I have now graduated from the clinic, but I am very grateful for all of the staff at Fertility Specialist Texas, Rockwall.
Billing won’t return phone calls. Olga admitted there is a mistake on our financial letter and they charged us fees that weren’t disclosed to us. She didn’t have the authority to correct it and said a supervisor would call me. I’ve been trying to talk to someone for weeks on the phone. Also sent messages through the portal on 2/25 and 3/10. Still no response. They were very responsive before we paid $20,000… and now won’t even return a phone call. Very disappointing.
We will always recommend FST to anyone! Dr. Skora helped us have our first baby, now helping us with baby #2! The rockwall office has been new to us since moving in December. Halie is so welcoming, Amber is very hands on and kind, and Alondra is always available to answer questions/concerns
