Tingting and Catalina from FSAC are two of the most unprofessional, rude, and irresponsible people I have ever dealt with in a surrogacy journey. They take a portion of the service fee I paid for the surrogacy agency they referred me to, yet refuse to do the work they are paid for. Dr. Dhesi and her team are amazing! From the first online appointment request, communication was great and booking was easy. Their financial coordinator explained everything clearly, and every nurse and staff member was so kind and welcoming. Dr. Dhesi took her time to explain everything in detail and made us feel so supported. I’m so thankful for her care and guidance throughout the process. Highly recommend this office, everyone is compassionate, professional, and truly cares!
I did IVF with Dr. Amy S. Dhesi who I cannot recommend enough. She is the most incredible, supportive, thorough Doctor. We felt so well guided and cared for during our time in her care and are overjoyed to share our outcome of a a healthy pregnancy and additional healthy frozen embryos still waiting for us. Just want to give a heads up so that other people don’t make the same mistake as I did: FSAC will say that they “accept your insurance” and will even have you pay a copay after each visit, but they were not transparent with me about the cost of simple things like talking to the doctor and doing an ultrasound. A few months after my appointments I received a bill for hundreds of dollars because it turns out FSAC is out of network.
