I recently purchased a new house and NOLA Lending handled my mortgage. Luzine Bickham made the whole process so easy. He is a very knowledgeable, eager to assist and a pleasure to work with.

Vanessa at Carrollton Branch is fabulous. I haven’t had customer service like that at a bank in 20 years when they were all gobbled up by the big banks!

I could not have had better service from Vanessa Sierra at the Uptown Branch. Not only was she highly professional and knowledgable but she showed real warmth and interest in helping me find the best product. I would highly recommend her and Fidelity is lucky to have her.
