Working with this company has truly been disappointing. The closing date was set the farthest date out as possible when we wanted to close quickly. Immediately after a purchase agreement was signed, I called to ask what was needed for closing since the property was deeded in a deceased persons name. They were short with me and rude saying they didn’t know until something was processed on their side, but they never called me back.
