Had 3 closings with Fidelity so feel I have given them enough chances here. First closing they directed me 30 minutes across town and it was the wrong location. They admitted their fault. All was forgiven. Second closing they shorted my funds and I had to call them out which caused me to have to wait 3 additional days. They were very apologetic and even that I looked past. Multiple issues with closing caused by Fidelity and failed to timely record deed after closing causing multiple post-closing issues.
