They did an even house for house between my x. They made absolutely no effort to find the true value of the house. He asked me and I told him Zillow says 200-250 then laughed out loud then I told him every thing on Zillow was overpriced. So we asked why are you putting the vaulue of $$$220.000 instead of the box that says traid don't worry which is what he said when we had questions after all then unanswered he sent In the notery. Well now my property Tax is almost $4,000 more a year. it's a very average 150,000 house

Darlene Van Hoose provided ZERO customer service and had a "I don't care" attitude. Never was able to get her on the phone and it normally took 3 to 4 emails before she would respond, if she even would respond. If you are looking for an escrow officer who doesn't respond, Darlene is your lady.

I usually go with Chicago or Placer title companies. For this transaction, the seller requested to go with Fidelity. It was a great experience to work with Leah. I asked a lot of questions and had several concerns, and she took the time to thoughtfully reply to all of them. She was also quick to respond and went out of her way to make sure that I was at ease. Based on this experience, I would choose Fidelity again, and specifically to work with Leah.

In the past six years my wife and I have bought and sold four homes all through Fidelity National Title. They came highly recommended by our real estate agent, and every deal was flawless. Our escrow agent that handled all four of our deals was impeccable, from beginning to end. He communicated, and even met us before hours to sign our documents before we went out of town. We feel like they always went above and beyond on every transaction. We highly recommend Fidelity National Title.

These people never returned 4 of my calls. I was never informed when we closed escrow. Had to find out through my Real Estate agent who was paid the next business day. I get a voicemail to tell me my escrow packet is waiting at the front desk. I signed papers with the notary, asking for an overnighting of these since I live 3 hours away. I called and they said they saw the paperwork and had just sent it...no overnight in just snail mail. It's been over a week and I still haven't received my packet or check.
