I highly recommend the Whitefish Fidelity office. I think Tracy Dugan is a miracle worker. She gives 150% and is super helpful and responsive. I'm so impressed with the level of service from this office. If you use Tracy you will be in very good hands. Thank you so much for all you do for your clients. I'm SO grateful.

Incredible service with a smile. This title company knows how to handle the transfer/transaction with ease from start to finish. They utilize tools that I enjoy. I find value doing business with Fidelity National Title and the people there. Props to Bryan George (Whitefish) Thank you.

Fidelity title managed to completely fumble my closing of property in whitefish. From getting rushed into signing without title or escrow officer available, I was encouraged to sign documents by an assistant that did not know the file. There was no reviewing of documents prior to closing and my copy was emailed to me 5 days after signing. As a result now months later I have been left to unravel their mistakes with HOA and property managers along with real estate agents with no assistance.

We went through this title company only because our bank picked them for our refinance loan, it took us a month to finally get everything done and sign the paperwork, then we were told that there was a 3 day wait for the money to be dispersed, that was fine except it is now 5 days later and we still don’t have our money because even though we asked for the money to be direct deposit into our account they decided that they would mail a $62,000 check from Whitefish to Columbia Falls, so now our bank did a stop payment on the c... read more
