I will never use this escrow company ever again unless the listing agent pays buyers fees. It really annoys me that listing agent think they have the right to open escrow and take it upon themselves to negotiate this for buyers. If listing agents decide to open escrows prior to negotiation I wonder if they are advising their sellers they pay buyers escrow fees? Sellers may advise listing agents to pay themselves. I won't ever use this escrow company as they are very condescending.

The Buyer asked for a 10 day escrow. We rushed and got all of the paperwork done. They told us if we got the paperwork all done by the 9th day escrow would close on the 10th day. We are now on the 17th day the owner now owns the home and can do what ever he likes! We have no money thus far. They are the most unprofessional company I've had the displeasure of working with. The rockstar handsome Sales Marketing guy was super friendly and helpful over the phone and when we had to go into the office. Thanks to the escrow team for a smooth transaction every time!

Fidelity has always been my go to company having done millions of dollars of work with them we always had excellent service. When we had difficulties we worked them out this is a long term player in Merced that deserves our gratitude and respect.
