This will be my third time using them! They always do a great job, easy process!
I closed three times in the area with my properties. I would say this title company is the worst. They did not send wire instructions until 4 PM the day before closing. They did only after my agent called. With my tight schedules, I could not drop everything and go to the bank and do the transfer within an hour window before the bank closes. Quick and easy closing process. We were in and out relatively quickly. The people were very nice and pleasant to work with. They had everything ready to go when we got there.
These people know what their doing and get things done quickly. I've used them as a seller and a buyer several times. The kids like going as well because there's snacks of all kinds!
