I did not end up needing their services, but Sheri cleared up all the confusion I had regarding title insurance. She was friendly and reassuring. I will definitely consider Fidelity for future needs.
Good and bad - we had a confirmed appointment for a house closing but Fidelity had forgotten all about it. Door was locked while five of us waited in the morning cold, 2 lawyers, 2 buyers, and an agent. Secretary opened the door about 10 minutes after appointment time - NO Fidelity agent on hand or scheduled. Fidelity did find an available agent who arrived an hour later and did an excellent, if hurried job.
Great experience on home closing. Very warm and helpful people at office.
Good title company, very professional environment.
