Christine was our closer and she was great. Our closing took a while and she patiently waited for us until we were able to get the wire over to title. Christine was the reason this experience was great!
If I could give a zero, I would. Karrie Wagner, the Escrow Manage, needs a lesson in customer service. I didn't speak to her until she threaten to send my commission to another bank. When I asked if she meant to send it to me, she responded with "You're the only on here with a Nexa email". Excuse me! That is rude!
*********CAUTION******** Do not ever use. Don’t care about clients at all. Closed on a house a week ago and still waiting for funds. To cheap to send over night , instead used postal service. Check is lost and they want me to wait while they mail out another check. They are making interest off of money I should be making interest off of. Would never recommend. Waiting until closing to tell me they needed documents signed or no closing. Had to leave job to get signatures done to close
Closings are important to a Realtor. Thank you! They get it done.
