Avoid Clare Lau at all costs! She was my title officer when I bought my house, and it was a complete disaster. She clearly didn’t know what she was doing ,disorganized, unresponsive, and caused major delays in my funding from the lender. Do not trust her with your business. What a nightmare process with her.
