Yikes yikes yikes. The employees are super friendly but that's where the rating stops and plummets to a 1 star. If you're looking for a sweet person to talk to, 5 stars. If you're trying to buy a property, good luck... constant excuses. Forget to do just about everything. They apologize which is nice but getting space payments made, etc. They just don't do it. I did a long distance transaction with them and parts were wonderful. They sent someone to my home for notorized paperwork. (So nice! Yet the directions for the paperwork were vague at best) I spoke to a couple of women, Penny (an escrow assistant was amazing, but i didnt work with her until the last 72 hours or so before my house closed. This is the second time that I have to use them, Colette is very good but if she is out on vacation it turns very bad... The lady at the front asked for my name 5 times just to get me someone. Then when I go inside the office they gave me my file and she sign it and let me know when is done, because the others are smoking outside, so I decide to walk away and left the same way they left me.... This place is AWFUL!!!!! I’m pretty sure they forget that they are being paid for their services. They are sooooo rude and the entire time we were signing our closing documents the person was on the phone and explained NOTHING.we were even given copies of the wrong persons closing instructions!! When we asked questions we were snapped at. I was worried at first because the reviews were so bad (and fitting) Claresa is evidently always on vacation and if she is, yaaaaall you won’t get anything done from her.
