I just sold an IRA-owned property. My escrow officer was Nicole Schoolcraft. Nicole was very experienced, responsive on the process of the escrow. Regardless of the extra work and delay from the IRA company, she was able to close the 30-day escrow on time. Thank you for an effortless escrow.
