As a real estate agent, I know a good title company is the difference between a smooth escrow or a disaster. I have worked with Jeannie and Nicole and the staff at Fidelity several times. They have been great, patient , helpful. Always a smooth escrow.
I’ve lived in Shasta County for 70yrs. and sold and bought a few houses dealt with few Escrow firms I have never dealt with one so unorganized, unethical and dishonest as Fidelity National Title. Please do not do your self and mental pain by dealing with this company. I only gave them one star so I could begin the review they don’t deserve it .
I worked with Courtney and Sherri on closing a sale and they were fantastic and closed on time. Anything I needed they responded in a timely fashion and were very nice. They made the entire transaction smooth and stress free. Highly recommend!
They couldn't clear title so we went with another company and canceled with these guys was expecting my earnest money back in a timely fashion. After a month I called and left a message and no return call so i called again still no return call called a third time talked to the ladies secretary she was very nice she pulled the file and said they didnt send back my money because something in the E-sign wasnt completed (how about a courtesy call) and the lady told me to check with my agent so I did he looked it up and said no e... read more
