Michelle Webb and Rich Feasel and the team in Colorado Springs are fantastic. We have a closing where the buyer was very mistrustful and didn't understand the numbers, threatening to not close at all. Michelle took the time to carefully go over each number in detail to ease the buyer's frustration and Rich was right there for back up support. The buyer calmed down and we closed. This was a domino effect closing so it saved 3 closings that day! Great Job.

Fidelity National Title Insurance company offers a ton of free education for realtors getting their CES completed. They will come to your office and teach. They're closings and closers are immaculate. They don't miss a thing. They are easy to deal with. Anytime you call you always get an answer. They know you buy first name. I really enjoy working with them and everything that they have to offer to Realtors.
