A few issues with my closing, I called and asked if I could send a cashiers check to close the $2500 property instead of wiring funds and getting even more fees for no reason on such a trivial amount. I was admonished to not do that again even though I called and made sure I could. There was no rush to close and no need to wire funds in my opinion. Best title company I have ever used. Friendly and highly knowledgeable staff. I have closed hundreds of transactions though Fidelity in Bailey and have received 5-star service every time!
Crystal and Val are the best team out there. I always use them for title in the Foothills. They are quick and efficient and know their stuff.
Awful experience. Title company scheduled mobile notary for the wrong date, which made us close late and cost us money. Horrible.
Great friendly folks who took time out of their busy Monday to notarize a document for us.
