Fidelity neglected to fulfill all requirements on their end and are refusing to take accountability. Really has me questioning what else they failed to do when I closed on my home with them. Oh and they will return your calls whenever they feel is necessary, even if it's a week later

They made me feel insignificant with my small request for help on a closing. Never called back... I'll take my business somewhere else in the future.

I had a bad experience with Fidelity Title and Christy Tucker. She forgot to include paperwork in my closing packet when I sold a property, then wanted me to make it an emergency to get it fixed for on my own. Even had my real estate agent threaten me to make it happen, while offering no help to fix her mistake. I guess she can't use email or the phone herself.
