I cannot recommend this title company enough! Elizabeth and her assistant, Delaney, are absolutely incredible. They went so far above and beyond what anyone would expect from a title company and quite literally saved our transaction. Throughout the entire process, they were proactive, responsive, knowledgeable, and fought for this deal every step of the way. They handled challenges with professionalism, kept everyone informed, and never stopped working until we crossed the finish line. It's rare to find a team that genuine... read more
On the road to any closing, there are always a few bumps—but that’s where Aimee Gordon and Laura Vetter from the St. Pete office of Fidelity National Title shine. They’re knowledgeable, responsive, and calm under pressure, always ready to explain, educate, and help smooth things out. When curveballs come up (and they do), they’re quick to offer alternate solutions and keep the process moving forward. Our clients love working with them, and so do we. They make us look good—and that kind of partnership is priceless.
Jonathan and his team were incredible and went above and beyond to successfully execute my closing. They did so with the utmost professionalism, clarity in communications, and sense of urgency. Highly recommend!
Pauline Callaghan is a rockstar! She genuinely cares about the people not just the transaction. We just closed a deal that had it’s fair share of challenges. However, Pauline would be in the office early every morning to get ahead of any issues and staying late at night to take care of anything that needed to be done. Unfortunately, there’s a lot that happens outside of everyone’s control, but it’s people like Pauline who help make a real estate transaction go through even with all the bumps and set backs!
Always love working with Fidelity! Jeanne is wonderful very attentive and always takes the best care of my clients and I. Laura Vetter is the sweetest and so kind. She is very supportive to the realtor community and Fidelity is lucky to have her! Jeanne , Laura and the whole Fidelity team in St Pete are the best of the best! Highly recommended to anyone looking for real estate title services!
