Warning: Check the Reviews! Tina Anaya is particularly incompetent and rude. As mentioned in other reviews, keeping track of information and customer service is not their strong point.
This was my first home, so I may not be super knowledgable about the process, but I felt like I was just a number to push through. Not very communicative and I felt like I was bothering them when I had questions. I was handing off a lot of money and just felt nervous the whole time. I also had to call to make sure my wire transfer went through ok. Thankfully I had an amazing broker and realtor during the process. If I had a say next time, I don't think I'd work with FNT again.
This company not only lost over three thousand dollars of mine, but had the audacity to call me rude when I asked them for help. I'm not sure how they are even in business. Completely incompetent and lacking in customer support. I do not recommend anyone using them for their real-estate transactions Stay away, far away.
