Excellent professional service. Susan Hurst offered me a Butler discount for the Title insurance and I saved $500. Apparently this is a standard practice but I was not offered the discount by other Title Cos. Susan was extremely accurate, responsive and professional.
I recently worked with Sue Hurst at Fidelity to obtain a Title Commitment for a foreclosure auction that had some major title issues. I first went to Old Republic, but they refused to write the commitment prior to closing and informed me of this with only 3 days left before the auction. I was referred to Sue Hurst from a friend and she got the Commitment completed for me correctly and on time. I highly recommend Sue Hurst and Fidelity.
