We can't recommend Sandra and Fidelity National Title Winter Park enough! We were the loan originators for a buyer on a purchase they were working on. Obviously, the seller chooses the title company, so you never know what you are going to get. Molly was awesome. She worked closely with our realtor, Frank and made sure that we had all the information she needed to expedite the process. Please utilize her for any closing or refinance you need. 100% recommended.
Great experience with Fidelity as always! They pulled strings and made it happen on short notice. Gizelle & Sandra were fantastic! 5 stars always recommend them for title services. If you’re not using them I don’t know what you are doing
