It was my first encounter with Fife and Steffen Endodontics. The staff is organized, friendly concerned and dedicated to making the experience as smooth as they can. Dr Fife and his assist took time to ensure I understood why the procedure was needed and what to expect. By far the best experience I could have hoped for based on what happened to my tooth. I needed a I needed an emergency root canal. Not Only did the staff accommodate me on short notice the Doctor and his assistant were amazing. The doctor came In an introduced himself immediately, addressed my issue, listened attentively, asked all the right questions and just made me feel completely comfortable with the care I was receiving.My husband went with me and said it was like watching a NASCAR pit crew lol. I had a very good experience with my root canal with Dr. Steffen. He constantly ask you how I am and what step he is while doing the procedure. The assistants makes you feel at ease and comforting. The lady who takes care of the insurance and charges is very good at what she does. She explained to me that maybe I would qualify with my. medicare advantage plan and she did tried to check if my aetna medicare advantage if I can still save on top of my metlife insurance. I was impressed with how efficiently Dr. Fife and his assistant work together. Dr. Fife takes the time to illustrate the nature of your problem from your x-rays, and explains the procedure he will follow. He also gives you periodic updates as the procedure progresses. Took a lot for me to come here due to dental fear. All put to ease when I meet Dr J Steffen. He was calm and reassuring. I had a rotcanal and honestly did not feel a thing. He told me once I might feel pressure, I did for a split second. Thank you so much for helping me and keeping in mind that it took a lot for me to come. Highly recommend this group to anyone.
