The front desk staff were exceptionally pleasure to talk with regarding my appointment and concerns on my care prior to coming to the office. Very welcoming. From the moment I walked in, the office was immaculate, and I was warmly greeted by the receptionist. The staff’s friendly conversations created a welcoming, family-like atmosphere. When I was escorted to the chair, both the dental assistant and the doctor were professional and kind. Dr. Fife and his staff were wonderful. I think I can honestly say that I’ve never had such a great experience getting a root canal! There was no waiting when I got there, there was no long wait once I was in the chair, they just did their work quickly and efficiently well being very friendly at the same time. I really would highly recommend this office and Dr. Fife.
I was experiencing a lot of pain and I was fortunate enough to get in to see a doctor right away. Price estimate for my procedure was given to me over the phone for transparency so there were no surprises. Everyone (from front office to back office) was nice and helpful.
