Terrific experience! Dr Steffen was kind, caring and did a wonderful job on my root canal. I feel great and had no pain throughout the procedure and afterwards. The staff was professional, organized and very helpful. I needed to get an appointment asap and they were able to accommodate with a cancellation. Highly recommend.
I am posting this review under pseudonym. I had an urgent appointment with referral from my dentist after some serious gum inflammation. It was an appointment with Dr. Fife. Practice is located in one of the most picturesque areas of the town. The place is immaculate and beautifully decorated. Their reception staff is the nicest one. Intake takes 2 min and it’s with no prior paper submitting. X-rays were done in another 5 minutes (all equipment is so up to date from top brands and highly adjustable). The office was very professional, friendly and spotless. Dr. Fife was cordial, but never introduced himself. As a new patient, I would have appreciated a bit of “how are you, nice to meet you, etc.” before he started the work. His expertise was apparent and only root canal that was completely painless! Appreciated the follow-up text checking on my progress. Highly recommend this practice.
First, they fit me in today because I was in pain. The staff was very attentive and pleasant. Dr Richards was great! I do not generally do well when having dental work done, but he told me everything along the way, so there were no surprises. A big thank you to the doctor and staff!!!
If you every need a root canal... this is the ONLY place I trust. Honest, efficient... on time. Everyone is so sweet, very welcoming, the sound of the waterfall is calming...I love it. No pain, I was comfortable during my treatment, walking me through the steps as they are doing them. Seriously the BEST endodintist EVER...all 3 of them. Thank you for taking care of me today.
