Today, I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Fife during my first visit to his office. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the friendly, professional women at the front desk made me feel welcome right away. I was seen by the doctor just 10 minutes after arriving. Dr. Fife was incredibly attentive, taking the time to thoroughly explain my situation, and he handled my teeth with exceptional gentleness. Overall, I’d rate this office a perfect 10 out of 10!
I had a very rewarding experience at Fife and Steffen Endodontics. Dr. Fife was very pleasant very patient knowledgeable and professional. The office was very clean and up-to-date. Every person I dealt with were very professional and friendly especially Dr. Fife’s assistant on a scale of 1 to 10 I would give them a 10.
Dr. Fife and his team were very professional, and courteous. Dr. Fife performed my root canal quicker than I expected and explained what he was doing each step of the way. What I found to be a real surprise is he texted me later that day to check on me, and even responded to my questions and made recommendations. He's the best.
