I am posting this review under pseudonym. I had an urgent appointment with referral from my dentist after some serious gum inflammation. It was an appointment with Dr. Fife. Practice is located in one of the most picturesque areas of the town. The place is immaculate and beautifully decorated. Their reception staff is the nicest one. Intake takes 2 min and it’s with no prior paper submitting. X-rays were done in another 5 minutes (all equipment is so up to date from top brands and highly adjustable). I cannot thank Dr. David Fife and his wonderful staff for accommodating me for an emergency root canal just two days before Christmas. Dr. Fife and his assistant demonstrated great skill and expertise as they worked together to perform my root canal. They also took great care to ensure that I was comfortable throughout the duration of the procedure. I would highly recommend Dr. Fife to my friends and family.
The office was very professional, friendly and spotless. Dr. Fife was cordial, but never introduced himself. As a new patient, I would have appreciated a bit of “how are you, nice to meet you, etc.” before he started the work. His expertise was apparent and only root canal that was completely painless! Appreciated the follow-up text checking on my progress. Highly recommend this practice.
Dr. Fife and staff are a model of how physicians and staff should interact with patients. I have had to visit Dr Fife's practice twice, and each time he and his staff were friendly, engaging, and also very professional. They made me feel at ease and relaxed. I liked the way Dr. Fife and his assistants took the time to explain things before, during, and after the medical procedure! Definitely a true 5-Star practice!😃
