Had to go in for a root issue. I was impressed with entire team. From booking appointment to identifyingg issue and performing actual procedure. team made experience efficient and painless. Dr Fife is great at what he does, easily handled the root issue. Follow up visit confirmed all is good now with tooth. Would not hesitate to recommend.
Took a lot for me to come here due to dental fear. All put to ease when I meet Dr J Steffen. He was calm and reassuring. I had a rotcanal and honestly did not feel a thing. He told me once I might feel pressure, I did for a split second. Thank you so much for helping me and keeping in mind that it took a lot for me to come. Highly recommend this group to anyone.
There is a reason why this place has nothing but amazing reviews. The care and compassion I received here were nothing short of amazing. Dr. Richards and his staff were so polite and friendly and explained EVERYTHING so clearly. I had to go in for a root canal, not my fist sadly… and likely not my last. I was extremely impressed by the whole team. From booking my appointment to taking my X-rays and of course the actual procedure, they really made the experience efficient and painless. Dr Steffen was extremely gentle and great at wha he does. I had a tooth with a long curved root, and he handled it with ease. I hope I don’t need another root canal for a while, but if I do, this is the place I would go back to.
Honestly, Dr. Steffens is very professional and very kind; he did an excellent job. The assistant who worked with him was also very professional, incredibly kind, and communicated very well. My respects to the office staff; they greeted me with great kindness and a wonderful smile. Thank you to everyone.
