** January 2026 Review** What an amazing pleasure it was to catch a ride with Fine drivers Greg H. and Terra on our arrival back from our cruise. My hubby wanted to catch the red van I said no we should catch the yellow van. The drivers but witnessed me and my hubby trying to figure out who was correct. LOL. Greg willingly stepped in, told us to get in the van, helped load our vans and ensured he would get us to the correct location. Each time we travel we park our vehicle at "Fine" parking and everyone is courteous. Yesterday, 2/20/26, this lady Jasmine Christmas was extremely helpful. It was not only how she treated my wife and I, but also, how she treated other customers. We could not get into our car and a lock smith came out to help us. She could see we were frustrated, so she gave us a bottle of water and snacks and a hug. From Jasmine Christmas concern for us, we signed up to become "Loyalty" members. It’s close for airport parking but the shuttle for pickup takes absolutely way too long, especially when they send the fine airport 1 shuttle so frequently. You’ll see the fine 1 shuttle 3 and 4x before you see the fine airport 2 shuttle once. It’s been multiple instances. Thats the only con. Even when you call for the shuttle it’s maybe 15mins before you get a shuttle to you even with it being across the street from the airport.

This would have been a 5 * review up until a couple months ago. Clean, safe and close place to park for Hobby airport. Drop off and pick up vans have always been timely and drivers helpful and friendly! I have been parking here several times a month for over 20 years. Recent pick ups however have not been timely or smooth. I have had to go to the other Fine’s pick up spot to catch a ride after several vans pass me by presumably because they are already full. I've been using this lot at least twice a month for the last 3 years, but since they consolidated shuttles with the garage next door, both lots have become unbearably bad. Long waits at the pickup line, longer and less comfortable rides to the garage, shuffling back and forth at Hobby, with no clear idea of which of the two pickup spots to use, since both shuttles serve both garages.
