**Update- July review* So this was only our second time using Fine and we were so impressed by the level of service. Mel N. helped us with our bags and then an unexpected gift; a yellow rose. It’s close for airport parking but the shuttle for pickup takes absolutely way too long, especially when they send the fine airport 1 shuttle so frequently. You’ll see the fine 1 shuttle 3 and 4x before you see the fine airport 2 shuttle once. It’s been multiple instances. Thats the only con. Even when you call for the shuttle it’s maybe 15mins before you get a shuttle to you even with it being across the street from the airport.

This would have been a 5 * review up until a couple months ago. Clean, safe and close place to park for Hobby airport. Drop off and pick up vans have always been timely and drivers helpful and friendly! I have been parking here several times a month for over 20 years. Recent pick ups however have not been timely or smooth. I have had to go to the other Fine’s pick up spot to catch a ride after several vans pass me by presumably because they are already full. I 100% will book here again! This was by far the easiest and most affordable parking experience I’ve had in the city. I downloaded the On Air app and was able to snag the cheapest daily rate compared to every other option I checked. The process was super smooth from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond—seriously. I accidentally entered the wrong garage at first and messed up my ticket, but they were incredibly kind, patient, and helpful in getting everything fixed without any hassle. Fine2 parking is a very convenient location with reasonable price, the shuttle busy service is great and the driver is nice.
