**Update- July review* So this was only our second time using Fine and we were so impressed by the level of service. Mel N. helped us with our bags and then an unexpected gift; a yellow rose. This would have been a 5 * review up until a couple months ago. Clean, safe and close place to park for Hobby airport. Drop off and pick up vans have always been timely and drivers helpful and friendly! I have been parking here several times a month for over 20 years. Recent pick ups however have not been timely or smooth. I have had to go to the other Fine’s pick up spot to catch a ride after several vans pass me by presumably because they are already full. I've been using this lot at least twice a month for the last 3 years, but since they consolidated shuttles with the garage next door, both lots have become unbearably bad. Long waits at the pickup line, longer and less comfortable rides to the garage, shuffling back and forth at Hobby, with no clear idea of which of the two pickup spots to use, since both shuttles serve both garages. I 100% will book here again! This was by far the easiest and most affordable parking experience I’ve had in the city. I downloaded the On Air app and was able to snag the cheapest daily rate compared to every other option I checked. The process was super smooth from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond—seriously. I accidentally entered the wrong garage at first and messed up my ticket, but they were incredibly kind, patient, and helpful in getting everything fixed without any hassle. Fine is now my parking company of choice. Why do you ask? The Fine staff and the excellent customer service. I would like to point out Jasmine Christmas in particular. She helped me get in the gate, directed me to my designated parking area and got me on the shuttle with Mel(Great guy)to get to the airport. My flight got cancelled.
