Basements Plus did a phenomenal job finishing our basement into an additional living space. The team was awesome to work with— from Tom who initiated the process, to Grace who was able to design our vision, to Dan who managed our project. I would work with Basements Plus again in a heartbeat! I am so glad that we stumbled upon one of their Open Houses. They are a great company to work with, and we plan on working with their home renovations sector in the future.

We are absolutely thrilled with the transformation Basements Plus brought to our home! Our once completely unfinished basement is now a stunning apartment-style living quarters, complete with a full kitchen, laundry room, bathroom, bedroom, and living room area. I had basement plus do my basement in December. They did a great job. The cost is reasonable. They worked quickly and we're very professional. I contacted basement plus because I was finishing my basement. They come out and checked the basement for any leaks or anything that may be an issue in the future. They said the crack I pointed out was no concern. They did suggest putting the drain system in for an insurance policy for future issues. I decided not to do it because they said the basement look solid as can be. I removed the existing floor and found the crack I asked about was indeed leaking.
