Finn's Pool & Spa Service was amazing when I experienced a pump failure this month. It (of course) failed on a Saturday morning, when NO OTHER COMPANY could be reached, and I was heading out of town that Tuesday. Not only did Sean call me back ON THE SAME DAY (the weekend mind you), but he promised he would take care of it as soon as he could find the appropriate pump regardless of whether I was home or not.
