I have been banking with first alliance for several years and I get nothing but excellent service from all of the representatives! From loans to daily service, they treat you like you are family!

Don't expect any help from customer service or any offers of a solution when they mess up.
Don't expect a call back when inquiring about a loan. I left a message days ago for information regarding a business loan. I still have yet to receive a call back. I guess they don't want my business and I'll look elsewhere.
Horrible customer service the last few years. Poor website and app and constant issues with mistakes from tellers on putting money in wrong person's account.
