A little shocked to see such a negative review but I see it was from someone in Missouri? I don't know which First Alliance they've been to, but I have to say this CU is hands-down one of the best to work with. They may not have the greatest online interface or remote options if you're not living here, but I've only ever had exceptional service from them...and their loan officers are the best I've worked with anywhere.
This bank is such garbage and going broke. Checkcard quit working they tried fixing it told me multiple times it is now back working. after playing these games all day, I went to pull the 25k from my checking they had to hand count out thousands of dollars in 5-s and 10's SMH do not deal with these clowns at all!

Horrible customer service the last few years. Poor website and app and constant issues with mistakes from tellers on putting money in wrong person's account. Joint account holders can't apparently get information on account if they are female.
First alliance is wonderful but there is one staff member who is very unwelcoming. I think her name was Rihanna? She was very rough around the edges and doesn't seem very kind
