I have been a customer of first alliance Credit Union for at least 15 years and have found them prompt and helpful with all my primary banking needs. It is easy to navigate and staff are friendly and helpful when I have needed help or have had any questions

I have been a member at First Alliance for over 33 years! Recently I filled out a loan application for a new boat on Sunday night and before 8:15 AM Monday Kari Wilson was calling! By 1:00 PM that day my loan was ready for signatures....that's service over the top! Thanks Kari you were AWESOME!
