I have been working with First Alliance and specifically Amra for about 4 years with my car loans and she has been the absolute best. Amra makes the process so easy and explains everything to me. She is always willing to break down any questions or concerns I may have!! She also gets back to me in a timely manner and is SO communicative ☺️
Great customer service (again)! My few questions about a loan were answered pleasantly, professionally and without judgment. A loan was completed within minutes and the rep was patient in explaining interest rates and pay back. This level of customer service is why I've been a member for 40 years. Mobile banking (and a few visits to Rochester) have allowed me to keep First Alliance as my primary bank even though I've moved to the Twin Cities.
Always superior service when I come to the Byron location. Friendly staff, willingness to help. Unlike some of the Rochester locations. Byron and Stewartville have a strong friendly team and inviting environment! I will go out of my way to visit these locations.
If you ever need cash fast and have direct deposit with first alliance then ur cover cause they have a No hassle loan of $1000 to $2500 with no credit check just as long as you have direct deposit for more then 6 months, it has gotten me out of tight situations that come up instantly, it’s fast and easy, same day deposit 💸 thanks.
If you want to waste your money and your time attempting to get a loan or mortgage with First Alliance, then this is the place for you. First Alliance agreed to a loan term verbally, had signed documentation going forward with a loan, to wake up randomly days later to a random email of them deciding to back out.
