So I got a txt this morning about fraud . I called first alliance immediately to let them know I just hit a wrong button . Apparently , in that 30 second time Frame , they had an agent go in and terminate my card . So now , it’s a Saturday , rent due in one day , and I have no access to my funds . I’ve never dealt with such incompetency. This business is an absolute. They cost me an additional 200$ for my late fee that they said they can’t cover . I have literally never had so many issues with a car loan before. I’ve been taking out car loans since I was 16 years old and never in the entire 12 years have I ever been through so much garbage. Save yourself and DO NOT use First Alliance Credit Union for ANY of your services.
