I just opened an account at the branch in Lake City, Minnesota. I’ve met with two people there and have gone into the branch multiple times already. They already know me by name and that is really cool. It is great to be a part of a community bank rather than my prior bank which I had been with since 1992. Great work, guys!

I had an urgent need for financing for vehicle repairs and First Alliance did everything they could to be able to help me in a time of need. They will be the first place I go for any financing needs! The staff were wonderful to work with and so helpful!

So I got a txt this morning about fraud . I called first alliance immediately to let them know I just hit a wrong button . Apparently , in that 30 second time Frame , they had an agent go in and terminate my card . So now , it’s a Saturday , rent due in one day , and I have no access to my funds . I’ve never dealt with such incompetency. This business is an absolute. They cost me an additional 200$ for my late fee that they said they can’t cover . I have literally never had so many issues with a car loan before. I’ve been taking out car loans since I was 16 years old and never in the entire 12 years have I ever been through so much garbage. Save yourself and DO NOT use First Alliance Credit Union for ANY of your services.
