I currently live in Rochester so had only dealt with the Rochester branches until late summer/fall of 2025 when I went to the Lake City branch. Prior to my three times transacting at the Lake City location, I had fully intended to close my accounts. The staff at this branch (Lake City) unknowingly changed my mind. They are kind. Competent. I just opened an account at the branch in Lake City, Minnesota. I’ve met with two people there and have gone into the branch multiple times already. They already know me by name and that is really cool. It is great to be a part of a community bank rather than my prior bank which I had been with since 1992. Great work, guys!
I had an urgent need for financing for vehicle repairs and First Alliance did everything they could to be able to help me in a time of need. They will be the first place I go for any financing needs! The staff were wonderful to work with and so helpful!
