I give this bank a five star because a couple years ago when I needed a new checking account they were one of the few banks in the Chicagoland area that allowed me to open one. I had a problem with another bank which gave me a bad mark (RATING) on Check Systems, this reports prevents you from practically opening another account anywhere else. I went this morning to handle some issues with my business account, there were 3 employees working each in separate desks. No one was present at the front desk and therefore I decided to wait and see if anybody could help but after waiting 15 minutes with no one assisting me I decided to leave. This is not the first time this has happened. I’m seriously considering taking my business to chase bank. Horrible customer service.
Worst bank too ever deal with don’t open a bank account with them
