Sook was extremely helpful and welcoming. She took care of me when a lot of the other branches in other areas refused to help out of laziness. She went above and beyond and in a very reasonable time! Can't recommend her enough. Someone get this amazing lady a promotion! I was going to close my account down, but now I'm a loyal customer!
Absolutely terrible experience the person Christina I spoke to was absolutely not helpful even my local branch was terrible they didn't know if they were talking about I spoke to a third person still never got an answer and I've been with this Bank for years absolutely horrible experience
