Christine Bowers, is the best, she helped out so much. We needed a one specific month transaction, so we can submit to the home lender, and she was able to do it, and other branch in Bloomingdale were not able to do it. I was so mad that I wanted to canceled my account, but not anymore, thank you so much for the great customer service experience. She deserves a raise 👏
I have banked with First American Bank since 1983 when I moved to the area. The staff both in person and on the phone have been very professional and courteous. You don't have to go through a bunch of voice prompts when you call i.e. press 1 for this press 2 for that. I recently had an attempted fraud on my identity through my Apple phone, fear that they got my account information was #1. As someone entrenched in the accounting field, navigating Tax Season often presents challenges in stepping away from the office. However, Laurie's accommodating approach shone through as she graciously conducted the closing right in my office.
