The customer service is excellent. My only concern is if you use mobile banking, depositing a payroll check that is from FAB, the turn around for release of funds is almost the same as depositing a check from an external bank. To have my funds released immediately I have to go to a teller cash the check then deposit the funds in my account. Timing is everything these days and my bank location is a few miles away. Also Saturday hours would be appreciated even until 1pm
