We had someone break into our accounts and try to withdraw $10,000. FAB fraud stopped it. We then had those accounts frozen while we received new ones. I must have had over a dozen calls from FAB to allow certain withdrawals to continue if they were valid. They were extremely attentive to us during the switchover. I would give them 10 stars if I could!
I worked with Johnny Popal and his team to set up a new account. The process was simple and they even took the time to help me get my online account set up. I would highly recommend.
Long time FAB customer. This branch is top notch. Over the years Johnny and Sheldon were like friends to me. Their customer service skills go above beyond a financial institution. There is no other branch I would use for CD/Mortgage highly educated and friendly staff.
The review pertains to their local business performance: they do not maintain their store front at all. Broken beer bottles, garbage and abandoned bicycles are the mainstay at this location. For the last 2 months remnants of a broken beer bottle were on the Armitage side and now a second bottle has fragments all over the first 20 feet of Sedgwick.
