Extremely happy with my service here!! A deer hit my car and I came in and they worked directly with my insurance State Farm , they were quick with an estimate and once they got my parts in for my car they called me I dropped it off and it was ready a week later! It looks brand new and I couldn’t be more happy ! The staff was so kind especially Wendy , I appreciate all their hard work !

Great experience with this group they were on time courteous and also assisted me in getting a ride to pick up my car when no one was available to drop me off. Great job. They replaced my grill with super timing and proficiency

I took my 2017 Range Rover to First Choice Collision – Conroe after hitting a deer in March 2025, as they were listed as a State Farm suggested repair facility. My vehicle was in pristine condition with fewer than 30,000 miles, and the damage was limited to the front bumper. From the very beginning, the process was frustrating. Before they even saw my vehicle the team was amazing in answering all my questions and concerns ensuring that I had all the information I needed to make a inform decision. They completed my repairs in a timely manner, communicated throughout the whole process. The cost was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them.
