Excellent customer service from estimate appointment to completion! Communication with my service advisor Dan was great every step of the way so I was always in the loop on the status of the repair. Excellent repair work by the technicians, you would never even be able to tell that there was a prior issue. Highly recommend these folks! (Also having Enterprise on site made the rental vehicle connection absolutely seamless!) Thank you, team!!
Excellent Customer service from start to finish! My service estimator, Ashlyn, kept me updated every step of the way. Ashlyn has been outstanding to work with as she has been in the past for me. This is the only shop I would ever use. Every person in the office is friendly, efficient and helpful. The best shop in the Montgomery-Harris county area!
I first want to thank the courtesy of this shop from the moment I called them. They were all extremely nice to me and it was such a headache to deal with Geico. Was referred to 1st Choice Collision by Honda dealership. Called and spoke to Wendy who was very nice in setting up an estimate appointment. Went next day and met with Ashlyn who did my estimate. She ordered part and I went back the following day for repair. Now that’s great service by her and the team at 1st Choice Collision! Overall, very friendly , professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this collision repair business. Also, have onsite Enterprise Car Rental.
Received an estimate in the amount of $853.93 for the repair of the front bumper of my car. When I picked it up I was handed an invoice in the amount of$1,203.80, a 41% increase. When I asked why the huge increase the lady at the front said I needed to speak with Cody the manager. He, of course was not there but she said he would call me. Never received a call back.
