The employees were very professional and their customer service was great. They gave updates on the status of the repairs. You can't even tell tell there was work done. The added bonus was that my car was cleaner then when I brought it in.
I recently dealt with a frustrating leak issue on my car's roof and side, which my local Toyota dealership couldn't fix despite multiple attempts. Edit 10/3/25 Bad experience with new estimator sales staff. It only takes one of these, but I won't be back. Rest assured. Two times here is enough for me thanks 😊 I've got to drop these people some love for doing such good work repairing my truck. Multiple times at this point but they always manage to get such a clean finish, communicate and get work done on time if not slightly early. Do NOT take your car here! They have inexperienced mechanics and do no thoroughly inspected damages, they blame their vendors and everyone else but themselves. My daughter had to return car twice after collision repair. We had her car towed there because of flat tire from wreck damages. They fixed rim but didn’t think to check if tire was bad and it WAS. 100 Stars for them if I could, Asma was the one who helped me and she did such a amazing job working with the insurance making sure my car was fixed with quality parts and quality work!
