Do NOT take your car here! They have inexperienced mechanics and do no thoroughly inspected damages, they blame their vendors and everyone else but themselves. My daughter had to return car twice after collision repair. We had her car towed there because of flat tire from wreck damages. They fixed rim but didn’t think to check if tire was bad and it WAS. I've got to drop these people some love for doing such good work repairing my truck. Multiple times at this point but they always manage to get such a clean finish, communicate and get work done on time if not slightly early. Below is a before and after from my truck having been hit and then repaired. Excellent work. I'd recommend these folks to anyone in the cypress area looking to get quality work done at an acceptable rate or through insurance. They make the process pain free. FIrst Choice Collision in Cypress did a great job for us. Mike Walker was our service advisor and Mike kept us updated daily and finished the job early. He also saved us $300 below the original estimate. Everyone at First Choice was professional and polite. Also, this is our fifth Avalon and years ago the doors were hit. We took it to the dealership and they never fixed the chrome trim correctly. After about six trips I gave up. VERY DISAPPOINTED and seriously MISTREATED BY First Choice Repair. DO NOT GO THERE. They are NOT technically competent nor customer friendly. They don’t do a quality job, and it’s a waste of time, money, and energy. First, they make you wait for a week or so to tell you that they got deficient parts from their suppliers and needed to reorder and reorder over again. 100 Stars for them if I could, Asma was the one who helped me and she did such a amazing job working with the insurance making sure my car was fixed with quality parts and quality work! She even listens to my request or my opinion on certain points of my repair, and worked with the insurance company to get it taken cared of communicated with me through phone calls and e-mail with every step and every update couldn’t have asked for anyone better to help take care of me and my car!
