The employees were very professional and their customer service was great. They gave updates on the status of the repairs. You can't even tell tell there was work done. The added bonus was that my car was cleaner then when I brought it in.
The service and repair was top notch! The constant communication and updates were greatly appreciated and my car looks like new. I couldn’t have asked for better service or a smoother experience!
I visited First Choice Collision for a basic part replacement, but I had to return three times because they kept ordering or receiving the wrong part. Something that should’ve been an easy fix took them three weeks and still wasn’t completed. Another shop was able to fix the issue in just two days. Do not take you car here.
I can’t say enough great things about Karla! She went above and beyond to make sure my car was put back together as good as new. Her communication was top-notch—she kept me updated every step of the way and made the whole process so much less stressful. I truly appreciate her attention to detail and professionalism.
