1st Choice/Oz was recommended to me and it was the best recommendation. I carried my car for him to look at and he found the problem right way. They did an amazing job. My car feels like brand new. He gave me his word and said my car would be finished by the end of the week and it was done within 2 days. I will definitely drive an house to get my fixed. Everybody there was very polite.
Absolutely incredible shop. I was in a multi-car pile up and had front/rear damages as well as a bent frame. It was a process, but First Choice helped me get back on the road with an entirely new frame (which I had never heard of before). Danny at FCC was extremely helpful and when above and beyond multiple times. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone. You guys rock!
I recently brought my car in for service. I was greeted by friendly staff and they have very clean waiting area. I handed my car keys over to OZ and he immediately gave me a time a frame of how long service will take. He scheduled my complimentary Lyft ride back to work and that was a plus. I recommend First Choice Collision give them a call ask for OZ.
I have had a few cars fixed here after accidents and this last time was during the holidays. Although an inconvenient time with issues getting my insurance out to take a look, Carla from first choice had my back the entire time. She kept me in the loop as to what was happening to my vehicle the entire time and helped me answer questions that I had about the damage to my jeep. I would recommend First Choice Collision to anyone who wants great service and ask for Carla!
After my first 5 star review, some 5 yrs ago, I'm back to continue to compliment this place. 2nd time one of my cars is in for repairs and the work ethic and quality of repairs is top notch, no questions about it. Thank you Jesse and Travis for another excellent experience, even if it derived from a terrible one.
