Loved my experience with First credit union. My loan officer ***** ******** was the best! Definitely will recommend anyone I know needing a loan. The process was quick and efficient. 10 star rating here!

Didn't give warning about missing car payments. When car was taken the "after hour crew" didn't tell us the car was repossessed, and had to wait two days for a supervisor to tell us. Have to fill out an application to get car back, no sense of urgency when processing the paperwork. Didn't make it clear that you will be kicked off their insurance if car were to be repossessed. Can be dismissive, have an attitude if you call for updates/clarification on paperwork status. Will choose THE WORSE repossession companies and act sur... read more

I WISH I COULD PUT -10 STARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS BANK IS A JOKE. I JUST PUT IN A COMPLAINT NOT EVEN A WEEK AGO AND NOW ITS GONE. HOW MUCH DID YOU ALL HAVE TO PAY TO GET IT REMOVED HUH? I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THISBACK. YOU WILL GET SCREWED OVER! WITH MY LAST COMPLAINT THEY GAVE ME A PHONE NUMBER TO CALL AND I CALLED IT AND LETTY WAS EXTREMLY RUDE AND KEPT TALKING OVER ME AND MY ISSUE STILL HAS YET TO BE RESOLVED FROM 4 YEARS AGO. DO NOT BANK HERE ITS GARBAGE SERVICE
