This is one of the WORST "doctors offices" i have Ever made the mistake of patronizing. First of all this office charges you for forms to be filled out!! They tried to charge me $75.00 to fill out a one-page disability form to take to my employer, secondly this so- called office manager Kyla had to refund me for charging me a $150 deductable and did not sign the check properly and almost sent it my prior address even though I had updated my address in the office and verified it via the portal.
