The personal service from Krissy Duber is wonderful-- she keeps me as a First National Bank customer for sure! If I have any question or concern on my account or bank policy, she promptly clarifies things and provides a resolution if needed. She makes great product recommendations as well. Other branch employees are also very friendly-- overall great experience and I would recommend.

This branch illegally charges account and fees without owener consent. Fails to send out account info. Closes account without warning amd charges outrageous fees. Makes children go in debt and files bad financial statistics for bad credit at 16 years of age. I warn all pare ts to stay away from this bank at all costs.
