Charged me $15 to wire a large sum of money into their bank. I was a very longtime customer. After being passed on to 3 different employees, got the charge credited and being told “we’ll do it this time”. Won’t be a next time.

This is a very nice bank with professional staff that welcome you and assist you with your banking needs. When I moved here to Beloit I needed help in choosing a bank and First National Bank was the name I kept hearing from my coworkers. I am so glad I listened. Thank you
I love this bank. Any issues they are right there to help you, doesnt matter if in person or online or via phone. Even when we were out of state on vacation Amy was there to help me!!!!
