I left a poor review today after a recent visit. I was surprised when the bank manager called me back regarding my review about 10 minutes after I posted it. He was very apologetic. He addressed the issues, offered a helpful solution, and implemented it. He also gave me his direct number and told me to call it if I ever had another bad experience. That's good service.
If I could I'd give this place less than one star I would. I got a hold of them just to get a small personal loan, Was very transparent on my whole situation. They led me to believe that I had a chance at getting the loan, then they dug back way further in my history then should have even been possible to hold things from 8 years ago plus against me and did a hard pull on my credit anyway.... You can't trust this place
Amazing hometown bank that is friendly, personable and helpful. I know most of the tellers by name and they make me feel more like a friend vs just a customer. Over the years (12) that I have been with this bank they have helped by educating me on my financial matters and went above and beyond to make sure I have what I need. Love the Manager and Staff at the Janesville Branch on Center Ave/US Hwy 51. They are both Friendly and Professional all at the same time and it is a pleasure to Bank there.
Do NOT go to this bank if you accidentally lose more than 3 cards in 11 years 1 stolen, Wanda will kick you out, treat you beyond horrible and refuse to let you speak to her boss. I loved this bank and the people that work in the bank with people. But the back people treat you horrible!!!!
